The Centre for Rhinogenic Deafness established in 1948 was the first in Italy to use spa treatments in the prevention and treatment of inflammation caused by catarrh in the middle ear.Our collaboration with the principal university teaching hospitals, from where the medical specialists that examine and treat you come, guarantees the scientific validity and the recognised therapeutic value of our spa treatments. Results obtained in cases of rhinogenic deafness in children deriving from disorders of the Eustachian tubes and eardrum are particularly encouraging, with restoration of normal hearing over time.

Even in adults suffering from different forms of deafness (perceptive deafness complicated by catarrh), crenotherapy of the Eustachian tubes is useful in preventing and treating the complications caused by inflammation and catarrh, thus preventing further hearing loss.
